2-POINT PERSPECTIVE
April 12, 2024 - For our 3rd 2-point perspective practice, we drew the library by looking at a picture. We are ready for our final assignment next week when we will go outside and draw Rio's buildings.
April 5, 2024 - We continued with our 2-point perspective drawing practice. This week, we used Google Maps to stand in the middle of the intersection of West and March Lanes. We looked down both streets and drew the Dollar (& 25 cent) Tree Store, McDonalds, the sidewalks, and even drew trees. The young artists are getting better in familiarizing themselves with 2-point perspective rules.
Next week is our final practice before the drawing final.

March 28, 2024 - After a couple of weeks on 1-point perspective art, we moved on to 2-points. A 2-point perspective drawing has 2 vanishing points on the horizon line instead of 1. Our young artists practiced with drawing cubes above, on, and below the horizon line. We had fun learning how to draw perspectives.
