oil pastel gradations #1

September 15, 2022 - Room B1 students were introduced to "gradations" or value changes (light to dark) using oil pastels. It was also a lesson in applying and blending different pastel colors. The young artists used warm and cool color sets on images and blended them together using a "blender" color. It was fun learning the techniques of using oil pastels.
​We will do more pastel gradations in the coming weeks. :)
