cinco de mayo crafts
April 29-May 1 - To celebrate Cinco de Mayo, our class made leis with the colors of the Mexico flag. We first have to fold papers and taped them to make the flower shape. Then we made the lei by stringing the flowers together with ribbons and beads. It was a lot of work, but we had fun chatting with our friends while making the lei and the results were beautiful leis that we wore for our class Cinco de Mayo celebration!!!
Each group also had to work together to come up with an idea and built a game for the Cinco de Mayo Celebration. The games turned out great!
